THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SET OUT GENERAL RULES ON YOUR INTERACTION WITH THE WEBSITE, APPLICATION, HOW ANGRYMINER SERVICE WORKS AND DESCRIBE ANY ASSOCIATED RIGHTS, RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

User agree to lease and Angryminer agrees to pay for the use a computing power on the Terms set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as "Lease"). Users will be paid only for validated and accepted computing power to their Account.

    1.3 Application is a special software that could be downloaded from the area of the Website protected by password and requiring login. Application allows you to use Our Services after it’s installation on PC, mobile device and / or tablet. We use the application in mobile device, tablet or personal computer hardware. Application is a low-level software, developed by Angryminer which enables you to interact with Us and provide computing power for lease. .

    1.4 PLEASE NOTE, THAT PROCESS DIRECTLY AFFECTS CONDITIONS OF YOUR HARDWARE AND MAY SHORTEN SERVICE LIFETIME OF YOUR HARDWARE. You are solely responsible for the conditions of Your equipment.

    1.5 Angryminer may modify these Terms without prior notice at any time at its sole discretion. You shall review the most current version of these Terms by visiting the Website and clicking on the Terms of Service hyperlink located at the bottom of the page. These Terms are in addition to any other agreements between You and Angryminer that govern Your use of information, content, tools, products and services available on and through the Website.

  • 2. PAYMENT

    2.1 The payment received for lease shall be deposited on your Account.

    2.2 Currently, payment can only be made in dollars (USD).

    2.3 User may withdraw funds from his / her Account at anytime.

    2.4 User may withdraw funds from his / her Account to his cellphone balance, Steam account or other available ways.

    2.5 The lease price is determined by the current market indicators. Considering this fact, the price is updated permanently. The price may depend from the period in time, place, lease duration.   • 3. COPYRIGHT NOTICE

    3.1 The Website, Application, other Services offered by Angryminer, including, but not limited to inventions, processes, marks, methods, compositions, formulae, techniques, data, text, graphics, logos, and charts, as well as any compilation thereof, and any software used on the Website and / or Application, is the property of Angryminer and protected by applicable copyright laws. Accordingly, You may not copy, distribute, modify, post or frame-in the Website and / or Application, including any text, graphics, video, audio, software code, user interface design or logos.

  • 4. WEBSITE OR APPLICATION USAGE

    4.1 The Website and Application are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

    4.5 If You install Application on any device (-s), including, but not limited to, phone and / or tablet PC that You do not possess the right of ownership for, Angryminer shall not be liable for such installation, for Your or other persons usage of Application and for any consequences that may arise thereof.

    5.1 To be eligible for an Account on the Website and download Application and receive access to Our services offered by Angryminer, You shall proceed with the registration procedure by completing and submitting the account registration form at https://www.angryminer.com/site/signup. When You register at the Website and / or Application, We ask You to provide Us with:

    d. Your password.

    5.2 You shall not allow any person other than You to use Your account to access the Website.

    6.5 ANGRYMINER’S AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE THIRD PARTY CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE DAMAGES.

ANGRYMINER ALSO MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

  • 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    9.1 ANGRYMINER WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM USE OR LOSS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATION AND THIRD PARTY CONTENT, INCONVENIENCE OR DELAY, HARDWARE MALFUNCTION, HARDWARE DAMAGE).

    9.2 ANGRYMINER WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS RESULTING FROM A CAUSE OVER WHICH ANGRYMINER DOES NOT HAVE DIRECT CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE). THIS INCLUDES ACTS OF WAR, TEMPEST, FIRE, EARTHQUAKE OR ANY OTHER NATURAL DISASTER OF OVERWHELMING PROPORTIONS, INSURRECTION, TERRORIST ACT, RIOT, COMMOTION, STRIKES, GO SLOWS, LOCK OUTS OR DISORDER, ACCIDENT, EMERGENCY OR ACTION OF GOVERNMENT, FAILURE OF ELECTRONIC OR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT OR COMMUNICATIONS LINES (INCLUDING TELEPHONE, CABLE AND INTERNET), UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, VIRUSES, TROJAN VIRUSES THEFT, OPERATOR ERRORS.

  • 10. INDEMNIFICATION

    10.1 You consent to defend and indemnify Angryminer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents and to hold them harmless from and against any and all types of liabilities, claims, damages, losses, and/or expenses.

  • 11. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATION

    11.1 Unless otherwise agreed, Angryminer may discontinue or modify Angryminer Website or Application at any time without prior notice to You, and You accept those modifications if You continue to use Angryminer Website and Application.

  • 12. TERM AND TERMINATION

    12.1 This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or Angryminer.

    12.2 Angryminer may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement without prior notice.

    12.3 This Agreement will terminate immediately in the event that You fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from Your mobile device or tablet or from Your PC and deleting your account.

    12.4 Upon termination of this Agreement, You shall cease all use of the Application and delete Application from Your mobile device or from your PC.

    12.5 Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by You (during the term of this Agreement) of any of Your obligations under the present Agreement.

  • 13. GOVERNING LAW

    13.1 Unless otherwise agreed, these Terms and their enforcement are governed by the legislation of Cyprus.

    You also have the right to demand restriction of the storing and processing of the PI, if legal grounds for such demands have arisen / as prescribed in applicable law.

    You have the right to object processing of personal data concerning yourself under circumstances, that are prescribed in applicable law. In case of such objection, AngryMiner shall restrain from processing of your PI, if there will be no other legal grounds for continuing of processing.

    AngryMiner takes your rights very seriously. However, if you are of the opinion that we have not dealt with your complaints adequately.

    You have the right to ask AngryMiner to provide you with a structured, list of previously provided PI. You also can ask AngryMiner to transmit your PI to previously chosen third party.

  • 7. Collection of Children’s PI (It applies only to EEA-based end users)

    Children can only use our services under the supervision of their parents/legal guardians. Consent for processing of minor’ PI shall be given by their holder of parental responsibility over the minor.

    Personnel of AngryMiner does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the AngryMiner Services from persons under 16 years old, and no part of our services is directed to persons under 16. If You are under 16 years old, then please do not use or access the AngryMiner Services at any time or in any manner. If AngryMiner learns that personally identifiable information of persons less than 13 years old has been collected on the AngryMiner Services without verified parental consent, then AngryMiner will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

    Additionally, if you are in the EEA, you must be over the age required by the laws of your country to create an account or otherwise use the Services, or we need to have obtained verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian.

    We use, store and process your PI on AngryMiner servers in Hetzner, Germany. But we may process your PI in various jurisdictions, where our facilities and/or service providers are located. By filling a “consent application “You agree to this transfer, storing, or processing.     When we transfer PI outside the European Union or EFTA, we ensure, that the adequate level of PI security is provided.     In the case of a Personal Data breach, AngryMiner shall without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, notify the personal information breach to the supervisory competition authority, unless the personal information breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

    If AngryMiner becomes aware of security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. AngryMiner may post a notice on our website if the security breach occurs.

    When the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of users, the AngryMiner will inform you.
